The Personalized attention

These are additions to the terms of service for the alternative payment option

1. At most 80 days to find your chiropractor
2. 20% of mean base salary according to https://www.bls.gov/oes/2023/may/oes291011.htm 
3. Paid 30 days after candidate start.
4. If self filled  before 80 days - $3200
5. This signifies your acknowledgement of personal 1 on 1 service, time spent and value of the algorithmic function on your behalf

What if they don't stay?

1. That circumstance is 100% a responsibility of the client. In my sixteen years of experience  - 99% of the time there is a disconnect between the client and candidate that is ignored in the interview process. 

What if you don't hire them?

1. The Candidate is under contract to notify us if hired by a client in 5 years
2. You are responsible for payment if hired in that time.
