The Reason

Our mission has not changed.  - Help find each clinic/client the best match candidates while operating in both parties best interest. This will be done using a personalized algorithm for each client. So no matter the option you choose you still get use of the best system available

What is different for this plan

 Personalized Attention


We handle the first round of candidate interviews on your behalf, narrowing the field to only the most qualified matches. Then, we coordinate the first interview between you and the candidate—usually by phone or virtual meeting. We also participate in that first interview to help guide the conversation and ensure a smooth, productive experience.

Terms

 

Alternative Payment Option

  • ChiropracticHeadhunters.com has at most 80 days to find a suitable chiropractor for the Client.
  • The Client agrees to pay 10% of the mean base salary according to BLS data, totaling $8,976, which is due 30 days after the candidate’s start date.
  • $600 fee upon first candidate interview -subtracted from total
  • If the Client fills the position independently (a candidate not in our system) within the 80-day period, a flat fee of 50% ($4,488) is required for time and service rendered.
  • Once this option is chosen, the Client has 72 hours to cancel and switch to the subscription option. If switched, the subscription cannot be canceled until after 30 days.
  • After 72 hours, the terms of service revert to the subscription level (Terms of Service).

4. Client Responsibilities

  • If the hired candidate does not remain with the clinic, this is solely the Client’s responsibility. ChiropracticHeadhunters.com does not guarantee the retention of hired candidates.
  • If a candidate introduced by ChiropracticHeadhunters.com is hired at any time within 3 (3) years of the introduction, the Client remains responsible for payment as per this agreement.
  • Candidates are contractually obligated to notify ChiropracticHeadhunters.com if hired within this timeframe.

5. Limited Availability This alternative payment option is available on a limited basis at any given time.

6. Third-Party Listings

  • Job opportunities will be automatically shared on third-party websites.
  • ChiropracticHeadhunters.com is not responsible for any unforeseen downtime or service interruptions on these platforms.

Questions

What if they don't stay?

  1. That circumstance is 100% a responsibility of the client. In my sixteen years of experience  - 99% of the time there is a disconnect between the client and candidate that is ignored in the interview process. 

What if you don't hire them?

  1. The Candidate is under contract to notify us if hired by a client in 3 years
  2. You are responsible for payment if hired in that time.
