Terms of Service

By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Your purchase provides access to our proprietary algorithm and automated service.

While we maintain a high success rate, candidates or your individual success is not guaranteed.

All purchases are final—no refunds or credits will be issued under any circumstances.

During initial setup, you will complete the Client Form to select your payment option. The form page will remain open; after payment, return to the form page to submit and advance to the algorithmic questionnaire.

Subscriptions renew monthly on the same date as the original purchase.

These terms also apply to subscriptions for non-doctor personnel.

Listing-Only Plans are purchased for either one (1) or three (3) months and automatically expire at the end of the purchased term.

In addition to our own job board, these plans include ZipRecruiter distribution, visibility on social platforms, and listing on three free partnering chiropractic school boards.

If you start with a monthly subscription plan (Staff, Chiropractor, Reduced-Upfront Chiropractor, or Combined), you are allowed one Listing-Only cycle of your choice (one-month or three-month) at no extra charge. The appropriate Listing-Only forms must still be completed.

If you start with a Listing-Only Plan and later upgrade to a monthly subscription (Staff, Chiropractor, Reduced-Upfront Chiropractor, or Combined), you will pay the then-current price and be subject to the applicable terms for the subscription plan you choose. Upon upgrade, the appropriate forms must be completed. Any previously purchased Listing-Only Plan will terminate at the end of the currently active subscription period.

The Reduced-Upfront Chiropractor Subscription allows the Client to begin an active chiropractor search at a reduced starting subscription rate of $149 per month.

The $149 monthly payment is a reduced upfront payment and is not the final monthly cost if a completed chiropractor candidate application enters the Client’s portal.

When the first completed chiropractor candidate application enters the Client’s portal, a one-time reconciliation will be calculated at $799 for each active monthly billing period, beginning with the initial subscription purchase and continuing through and including the monthly billing period in which the first completed chiropractor candidate application enters the portal.

All $149 monthly payments already made for those same active billing periods will be credited toward the reconciliation amount. The remaining reconciliation balance will then become due and payable.

After the reconciliation, the subscription will continue at the then-current standard Chiropractor Subscription rate, currently $600 per month, until canceled in accordance with the Cancellation Policy.

If no completed chiropractor candidate application enters the Client’s portal, no additional reduced-upfront reconciliation balance will be owed. The Client remains responsible only for the $149 monthly subscription payments incurred while the subscription remains active.

For purposes of this plan, a completed chiropractor candidate application means a candidate has completed either type of application available through the Chiropractic Headhunters candidate application process and the application has entered the Client’s portal. Either application type triggers the reconciliation described above.

Cancellation does not eliminate or reverse a reconciliation obligation that was triggered before the cancellation became effective. Any reconciliation balance already triggered remains due and payable.

The Reduced-Upfront Chiropractor Subscription does not qualify for Extended Visibility Support or the reduced $300-per-month Extended Visibility Support rate described below.

All other applicable provisions of these Terms of Service, including the Cancellation Policy, Client Responsibilities, Limitation of Liability, and Electronic Consent provisions, also apply to the Reduced-Upfront Chiropractor Subscription.

Subscriptions may be canceled at any time.

To avoid charges for the next month, cancellations must be submitted at least 72 hours before your next billing date. If received after this window, the cancellation will take effect the following month.

Cancellations must be submitted via email to cancellations@chiropracticheadhunters.com or by phone.

If you hold multiple subscriptions, you must specify which subscription(s) you are canceling. Failure to do so may delay processing, and such delays are the sole responsibility of the Client.

Listing-Only Plans do not require cancellation.

ChiropracticHeadhunters.com does not act as an intermediary or employer of record.

Clients are solely responsible for conducting all hiring activities, including evaluation, interviewing, background checks, and final employment decisions.

Job opportunities are automatically shared on third-party websites. ChiropracticHeadhunters.com is not responsible for downtime, service interruptions, or display errors on external platforms.

ChiropracticHeadhunters.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate services at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice.

In such cases, all outstanding subscription fees remain due and payable.

ChiropracticHeadhunters.com, its partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any loss, damages, or issues arising from the use of its website, services, or affiliated platforms.

By using this service, the Client agrees to hold ChiropracticHeadhunters.com and its affiliates harmless from any claims, demands, or damages of any kind.

• Extended Visibility Support applies only to the standard Chiropractor Subscription Plan, currently $600 per month.
• Extended Visibility Support does not apply to the Reduced-Upfront Chiropractor Subscription, Staff Subscription, Combined Chiropractor + Staff Subscription, or Listing-Only Plans.
• To qualify, the standard Chiropractor Subscription and associated listing must remain active for at least 90 consecutive days.
• Candidate activity is defined as one or more chiropractor candidates entering the clinic’s portal through the Chiropractic Headhunters system.
• If no chiropractor candidates enter the portal during the first 90 consecutive days, the standard Chiropractor Subscription may continue at a reduced rate of $300 per month while the position remains active.
• Standard subscription pricing resumes once chiropractor candidate activity begins.
• This support is not retroactive and does not apply to expired, paused, suspended, inactive, or canceled listings/subscriptions.
• Chiropractic Headhunters reserves the right to deny or discontinue Extended Visibility Support.

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of Chatham County, Georgia, and applicable federal laws.

The ChiropracticHeadhunters.com office is located in Savannah, GA 31406. Physical addresses are available upon Client request.

By purchasing this service, the Client consents to receive calls, emails, or text messages (including automated or prerecorded messages) regarding current or future job positions and applications.

The Client (and Candidate) acknowledges that their phone provider may apply standard message or data rates.

By providing information and proceeding, the Client (and Candidate):

Consents to these Terms of Service, acknowledging this constitutes their electronic signature.

Confirms their computer and/or mobile device is updated with current virus protection and operating systems.

Certifies that they have provided accurate contact information, including a valid email address and phone number.

Agrees to receive communications electronically and understands they may need to print or save records (emails, web pages, PDFs) for future reference.

If you are posting a job by proceeding with your purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service in their entirety.
