Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Pediatric Chiropractor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be patient-focused, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with children. Responsibilities include:
- Performing adjustments on pediatric patients, ensuring proper spinal alignment and development.
- Educating parents on chiropractic wellness care for infants, children, and teens.
- Developing customized care plans based on patient needs.
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals when necessary.
- Participating in community outreach programs, including health screenings and educational talks to promote chiropractic care.
Qualifications
- Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree with a focus on pediatric care.
- Licensed (or willing to obtain licensure) in the hiring state.
- Strong foundation in evidence-based chiropractic techniques with an emphasis on holistic, whole-body wellness.
- Comfortable working in a high-energy and high- volume environment, adjusting children, and maintaining a fun, friendly atmosphere.
- Must have excellent communication skills and a desire to build strong relationships with families.
- Ability to handle a steady flow of patients daily while maintaining exceptional care.
- Willingness to promote chiropractic services through networking, patient education, and community engagement.

- Compensation: Competitive salary of $75,000 - $85,000 per year with additional incentives.
